Please note: At this time, Sahar is unable to sponsor scholarships or travel outside Afghanistan. Our programs are designed as an alternative to traditional education for girls and women inside the country. Current programs are conducted in Mazar-i-Sharif and Kabul. If you are outside these areas, you can sign up to be notified of future programs.
